Orchard Room.

Celebrations of 72 guests or less
The Orchard Room and Adjoining out-door Orchard Lawns

This stunning room boasts floor to ceiling windows overlooking an orchard on the outskirts of the Carolinian forest. The room can accommodate a minimum of 40 guests and a maximum of 72 guests. For spring, summer and early fall weddings, your ceremony can be hosted outdoors in the apple orchard or amongst the trees in a shaded area adjacent to the Orchard Room. A rain backup location for the ceremony is discussed at time of contract signing and based upon your celebration details. After exchanging your vows, begin your special celebration as you enjoy cocktails among your guests outdoors on the Orchard Terrace. Entertain your guests with live music while you take photographs in the beautiful gardens.

This room can be scheduled for afternoon events between the hours of 11:00am to 4:00pm or with the booking of specific suites surrounding the Orchard Room, for evening events between the hours of 5:00pm to 11:00pm. (A two-night stay is required over the weekends)

With a minimum reservation of seven specific guestrooms and two specific suites in the Cloister Wing Langdon Hall will permit festivities to continue until 1:00 a.m

There will be an additional 15% Gratuity on all Cold Beverages and Host Bar Beverages.
