From the moment you arrive on Friday evening, the weekend unfolds with welcoming receptions, chef-driven dinners, and communal tables meant to spark conversation and connection. Saturday is all about discovery, with hands-on culinary workshops, wine experiences, and behind-the-scenes insights into the grounds, followed by an elegant gala evening featuring a multi-course tasting menu paired with celebratory bubbles. On Sunday, slow things down with a greenhouse workshop before closing out the weekend with a relaxed, winter-inspired outdoor feast.

Alex Tzatzos is the Executive Chefof Nobu Toronto, the brand’s first Canadian location. Born in Mykonos, Greece, Alex brings a global perspective to Nobu’s signature Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, shaped by years of experience in world-class kitchens, including Nobu London. At Nobu Toronto, he blends classic technique with locally inspired touches, honoring the brand’s legacy while reflecting Toronto’s dynamic culinary scene.

Don Alfonso 1890
Davide Ciavattella is the Executive Chef of Don Alfonso 1890 in Toronto, the Michelin-starred Italian fine-dining destination perched in the Westin Harbour Castle. Born in Pescara on Italy’s Adriatic coast, Davide trained in prestigious Michelin-star kitchens across Europe and under Chef Ernesto Iaccarino at the original Don Alfonso 1890 in Sorrento before being brought to Toronto to lead the restaurant’s culinary vision.
