Pet Policy Submission Form

Please complete the below form if you wish to bring a pet for your stay. We kindly ask you allow our team 24 hours to accept and acknowledge this information. Should our team have any questions or concerns, they will reach out to you directly.

A limited number of pet-friendly rooms are available and must be reserved in advance through our Reservations team. Pet-friendly accommodations are located on the terrace level of the Cloister Building. The Hotel reserves the right to limit the number of pets permitted on the property at any given time.

A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $50.00 per pet will be charged upon check- in. A maximum of two pets is permitted per room.

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly accommodations. Should a pet be found in a room not designated as pet-friendly, a minimum $250.00 deep cleaning fee will be charged to the guest's account.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their pet does not cause damage, excessive noise, or disruption to other guests. In the event of property damage, repeated noise complaints, or other disturbances, a minimum charge of $250.00 may be
applied to the credit card on file. The Hotel further reserves the right to require the immediate removal of the pet from the property.

No dangerous animals, or animals deemed threatening, will be permitted on the property. Should a pet threaten the safety or comfort of another guest or team member, the Hotel reserves the right to require the pet's immediate removal.

The Hotel reserves the right to charge the pet owner's account for any compensation, rebates, discounts, or other concessions provided to guests as a result of pet-related disturbances or complaints.

When team members require access to a guest room for housekeeping or other services, pets must either be secured in a pet carrier or removed from the room by the guest. Team members reserve the right not to enter a room if a pet is unattended and not properly secured. In such cases, service will not be provided.

Guests leaving pets unattended in their room are responsible for ensuring appropriate arrangements have been made to prevent damage, excessive noise, or disruption to other guests. Any pet-sitting or pet-care services required are the responsibility and expense of the guest.

Pets are not permitted in the pool area, fitness center, spa, dining areas, or any guest room not designated as pet friendly.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional charges and/or the removal of the pet from the property.
